On Tuesday 4th June our regular meeting was an outstanding way to finish before the summer recess. We welcomed two new brothers to our lodge; in what was a fabulous ceremony led perfectly by our Worshipful Master Andy Carter.
Bro Daniel Baker and Bro John Moore were initiated and both thoroughly enjoyed the ceremony. The brethren of Adams lodge enjoyed welcoming our newly made brothers at the festive board who both made an excellent responses to the initiates toast.
At the festive board we raised over £350 for good causes and with the resolution passed in lodge to also donate £250 – our meeting saw over £600 raised!
Our next regular meeting will be on Tuesday 3rd September after the summer recess and will be another 1st degree ceremony. It promises to be a another fantastic evening!
